ProMaster Body Cap for L-Mount Cameras

This ProMaster L-Mount body cap closes the lens mount of L-Mount cameras from Panasonic, Leica and Sigma, so dust and dirt stay out of the body while the camera is stored or packed without a lens. With the lens off, the mount and the inside of the camera are open to dust.

ProMaster sizes the L-Mount body cap for the L-Mount bayonet, and it attaches the way a lens does. It works as a Panasonic L-Mount body cap and fits Leica and Sigma L-Mount bodies too, since all three share the mount. It also makes a handy spare if the original cap is lost.

Fit the L-Mount body cap as soon as the lens comes off, with the mount pointing down while you swap, and wipe the inside of it now and then so it stays clean. It is small and light, so a spare is easy to keep with a second body in your camera bag.
