Specs and details
Overview
The Hiboy S2R Plus is a folding electric scooter for riders aged 16 to 60 whose main feature is a removable battery. The 36 V 8.7 Ah pack weighs 4.8 lb and lifts out, so charging can happen at a desk or in an apartment instead of next to the scooter. The frame weighs 31.5 lb, and the 350 W motor (500 W peak) reaches 19 mph with a maker-rated range of 22 miles.
The 9-inch tires are air-filled, with pressure you can adjust for comfort, and braking uses an electronic brake plus a disc brake. The Hiboy app handles speed modes and ride data. The Hiboy S2R Plus folds to 18.9 inches in height, carries riders up to 220 lb and is rated IPX4.
