This is the Intelligent Flight Battery for the original DJI Neo. It holds 1435 mAh, which is 10.5 Wh, and weighs about 45 g. DJI rates it for 18 minutes of flight and says it can handle at least 20 palm takeoffs and landings in a row, measured with the Circle, Rocket and Dronie modes.
One battery is in the box. Charging works between 5 and 40 C. A few spares are an easy way to keep a small follow-me drone flying through a day of short clips. DJI lists the battery for the DJI Neo, so it is not meant for the newer Neo 2, which has its own battery.
